Abstract

Uzbekistan's industrial sector has undergone significant changes since the country gained independence in 1991. It transitioned from a centralized, state-controlled economy to a more market-oriented approach, focusing on industrialization and modernization. The government has implemented reforms to attract foreign investment, diversify industries, and increase exports.
