Maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasi, unda shakllanayotgan huquqiy davlat va uning tarmoqlari, fuqarolik jamiyati va uning ijtimoiy hayotining barcha sohalaridagi tarkibiy qismlari atroflicha tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, fuqarolik jamiyati, huquqiy davlat va huquqiy onglarning ijtimoiy madaniy hodisalar sifatida jamiyatdagi o‘rni o‘ziga xos masala ekanligi, ularning ijtimoiy taraqqiyotdagi vazifasiga yana bir bora e'tibor qaratilib ketilgan.
