Abstract

Intercultural communication is increasingly recognized as pivotal in enhancing the efficacy of French language education. This article investigates how intercultural competence shapes language acquisition, instructional methodologies, and student engagement. Drawing from recent French and English academic literature, it underscores the significance of cultural sensitivity and the application of intercultural strategies in educational settings. The findings underscore that cultivating an intercultural milieu not only improves language learning outcomes but also deepens understanding of French culture.
