Abstract

Рациональный подход к фармакотерапии пожилых оценивается с учетом возрастных изменений фармакокинетики (ФК) и фармакодинамики (ФД) лекарственных средств (ЛС). Основные ФК показатели – абсорбция, распределение, метаболизм и экскреция меняются.

A rational approach to pharmacotherapy of the elderly is evaluated taking into account age-related changes in the pharmacokinetics (FC) and pharmacodynamics (PD) of drugs (drugs). The main FC indicators – absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion vary.
