В статье раскрываются функциональные особенности цифрового аспекта в процессе условного формирования метакомпетенций, обосновывается определение структурных компонентов термина «гражданственность» на основе его трактования, выделяются составляющие внедрения цифрового контента через модель 4- к и диагностику определения уровня сформированности компетенции активной гражданственности.
Maqolada metakompetentsiyalarni shartli shakllantirish jarayonida raqamli jihatning funktsional xususiyatlari ochib berilgan, "fuqarolik" atamasining tarkibiy komponentlarining ta'rifi uning talqini asosida asoslanadi, faol fuqarolik kompetensiyasini shakllantirish darajasini aniqlash uchun 4-k modeli va diagnostika orqali raqamli kontentni amalga oshirish komponentlarini ta'kidlaydi.
The article reveals the functional features of the digital aspect in the process of conditional formation of meta-competencies, substantiates the definition of the structural components of the term “citizenship” based on its interpretation, highlights the components of the implementation of digital content through the 4-k model and diagnostics for determining the level of formation of the competence of active citizenship.
