Abstract

Analysis of various methods of ensuring the mobility of urban residents City public transport is the most socially important component of the city transport complex made it possible to distinguish it as a part. Based on this, the main research the purpose of which is to provide transport services to the population in the public transport of city passengers improve quality. Current classification of quality indicators of public transport service based on this, directions for improving the city's public transport activities were determined and systematized.
