Abstract

This paper covers the education needs and analysis for the learners in both public and higher education students. Mainly it covers the impact of the pandemic period for the students, such as chances and possibilities to them. It covers the PESTLE analysis on key factors, political, economic, sociocultural, technological, legal and environmental sectors in the higher education system in particular in Uzbekistan in the post pandemic period. This article makes the research on the experience on education system; also what new possibilities does this period provide to the learners. here readers can also find the issues that are risen in the post COVID 19  period for both teachers and learners.
